These Military ID Aluminum Tags measure approximately 1 7/8”W x 1 1/8” H.
Each tag is diamond engraved and comes with a split key ring.
The tag will be engraved with the phrase I HAVE DIABETES on the front and will be engraved on the back in Optima Font.
